As we expand across our QLD portfolio, we are searching for an experienced HR professional who brings strength, integrity, and excellence to everything they do.

This is a pivotal role for a proven HR practitioner who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments and can confidently navigate the full HR, IR, and recruitment landscape.

💼 The Role
Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, you will manage the full HR function across Davki and EiMalo, including:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Create high-performing job ads

Lead end-to-end recruitment and interviewing

Manage onboarding, contracts, and inductions

Create and facilitate the development of high potential employees

Industrial Relations & Compliance
Interpret awards, entitlements, and the Fair Work Act

Provide advice on employee rights, obligations, and NES requirements

Ensure roster, hours, and workforce practices meet IR compliance

Performance & Conduct Management
Facilitate disciplinary meetings with procedural fairness

Prepare written warnings, PIPs, and investigation briefs

Coach leaders through people issues and conflict resolution

HR Systems & Reporting
Oversee HRIS, personnel files, and time & attendance systems

Ensure records meet Privacy Act & Security Providers Act obligations

Support payroll with accurate awards and entitlements

Culture & Leadership
Support a high-performance workforce across security and luxury concierge

💰 Salary & Benefits
$120,000 – $130,000 + Superannuation
This package reflects the seniority of the role and the capability required to deliver across IR, recruitment, and multi-site HR operations.

🌟 What You Bring
3–5+ years HR Generalist / HRBP experience

Strong understanding of IR law, Fair Work Act, NES

Experience running disciplinary meetings with procedural fairness

Excellence in recruitment and interviewing

Confidence working across a multi-site workforce

Strong communication, professionalism, and discretion

HR qualifications (Degree/Diploma/Cert IV) highly regarded

Experience in security, facilities, hospitality, or concierge industries is a strong advantage.
