Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support across the Tag group, with a primary focus on Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial in driving the people strategy to support business growth and employee development. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the HR Business Partner will guide key HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational HR support to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to drive business growth through talent management, new client implementations, and business expansion.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Guide managers on HR best practices, compliance, and career development.
Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR policies and practices that align with business objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, analyzing survey results and implementing improvement strategies.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with Australian legislation.
Provide coaching and training to managers on performance management and HR processes.
Lead the employee offboarding process, including resignations, redundancies, and exit interviews.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and propose recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
Provide HR reporting, including turnover rates, performance data, and other employee metrics to support business decisions.
Develop strategic HR initiatives to improve business outcomes.
Develop expertise in change management and coaching to support leadership growth.
Expand knowledge of HR metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements:
HR Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience in aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving impactful outcomes.
Change Management: Experience in leading change initiatives and coaching managers for better HR capabilities
Deep Knowledge of Employment Legislation: Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment laws, including disciplinary processes, payroll, and benefits.
Excellent Communication & Relationship Management Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and advise senior leadership and managers.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making.
Workday & Payroll Expertise: Experience using Workday for HR management and familiarity with payroll systems in ANZ markets is preferred.
Solution-Oriented & Adaptable: Mature approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
