JOB PURPOSE:

The core purpose of the HR Business Partner is to ensure alignment between organization's people strategy and the overall business strategy by working with senior leadership and managers. The HR Business Partner focuses the attention on big-picture initiatives like talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deploy people strategy.
Talent management.
Organization development.
Consultation and coaching.
Policy and compliance.
Industrial Relations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Master Degreed in Economics, Law.
Minimum experience: 12-15 years.
Business acumen.
Strategic thinking.
Communication and influencing.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of English.
