Playing a critical role in driving engagement, enhancing capability and performance, managing employee relations and responding to queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle.
Being a change agent through relationship building to embed People and Culture frameworks and implementation plans with business unit leaders,
Gathering and analysing workforce metrics within designated business units, identify trends, and develop explanatory narrative to enable insight and to inform
Relevant business decisions.
Coaching managers to have courageous conversations with a view to triaging and deescalating ER/IR matters via good governance and ensuring compliance
Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, performance management matters

About you:
As an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, you will have:
Broad depth of experience across the employee life cycle, with a particular focus on supporting great team performance,
Experience with guidance, management and support of more junior HR practitioners,
Experience partnering closely with the business, to meet their needs while maintaining alignment with broader P&C strategies and business outcomes, ensuring consistency with the GM People & Culture (and the balancing act that can ensue),
You’re firm, but fair. You approach your job with respect and curiosity. You challenge the status quo when needed,
Ability to look beyond compliance-oriented HR to develop innovative, effective solutions to meet stakeholder needs and address strategic opportunities
Down to earth, agile nature to adapt to a constantly changing environment while delivering outcomes
Passion for lifelong learning and keeping up to date with current HR/ER/IR trends, practices including legislative and regulatory frameworks
