Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US East Coast teams. This role focuses heavily on Compensation & Performance Management while providing full-spectrum HR support. The ideal candidate is a bilingual HR professional who understands both US HR practices and Chinese business culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Performance Management (Core Focus)

Lead annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and process optimization.

Manage compensation review, including salary adjustments, bonus planning, and market benchmarking.

Provide data-driven insights to support compensation decisions and talent calibration.

Ensure compliance with US compensation rules, pay equity requirements, and internal policies.

2. HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions.

Support workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and team development.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Support HR policies, HR operations, onboarding, and compliance tasks for the East Coast region.

3. Recruitment Support (Plus but not mandatory)

Collaborate with the hiring team on recruitment strategies for critical roles.

Conduct initial screenings, support interview processes, and improve hiring efficiency.

Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.

4. Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local labor regulations.

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Support investigations and provide recommendations on corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or HR generalist roles.

Strong experience in Compensation and Performance Management is required.

Experience with recruitment is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for daily business communication.

Familiarity with US labor laws and multi-state HR operations preferred.
