Strategic People & Culture Business Partner
We’re on the look-out for two highly experienced HR practitioners with extensive business partnering experience and a passion for supporting teams and driving workforce excellence.
This is a strategic partnering role, working closely with leaders to deliver people solutions that enhance patient outcomes, build workforce capability and strengthen the employee experience across our clinical and clerical workforce.
These permanent full-time roles are based at our Clayfield head office and will support either a Clinical or Clerical portfolio.
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, as a Strategic P&C Business Partner you will:
Serve as a strategic and trusted partner to leaders, shaping decisions with commercially astute, people-focused insights while fostering leadership accountability for workforce outcomes.
Lead workforce planning and talent strategies to build capability, enable clinical/clerical excellence and position the organisation for sustainable growth.
Elevate leadership capability through targeted coaching and development that drives confidence, accountability and effective people management.
Harness workforce analytics and insights to inform planning, influence organisational strategy and align people initiatives with business priorities.
Champion a values-driven culture and exceptional employee experience, advancing engagement, wellbeing, and behaviours that strengthen organisational identity and performance.
Design and optimise organisational structures and talent frameworks to enhance capability, improve performance and secure high-calibre talent.
Navigate complex ER/IR matters with professionalism, ensuring sound judgement, compliance and alignment with legislative and organisational policies.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in people processes, leveraging HR technology and scalable practices to lift organisational capability and efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven HR experience in complex, fast-paced environments (health, aged care, or community services highly regarded).
Extensive experience in the areas of ER/IR, talent and capability management, workforce planning, performance management, and organisational transformation/change.
Expertise in coaching and influencing leaders, building trusted relationships and driving capability uplift.
Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and a solution focused mindset.
High emotional intelligence, resilience and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
