HR Manager

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish HR frameworks across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance
Develop workforce planning tools tailored to manufacturing and technical teams
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, WHS legislation, and EEO standards
Lead industrial relations setup, including award interpretation and EA development
Design training, development, and succession planning programs
Implement HRIS and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making
Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture
Support localization strategy by onboarding and developing a diverse workforce
Drive performance compensation and rewards schemes aligned to business goals and market benchmarks

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years of HR experience, with a strong track record in manufacturing or industrial settings
Proven ability to build HR functions in startup or greenfield environments
Deep understanding of Australian employment law, WHS, and IR frameworks
Experience managing workforce transitions, localization, and training pipelines
Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field (postgrad preferred)
