About the Role

Based at Rolleston Open Cut and reporting directly to the Senior Human Resources Coordinator, this business partnering role is perfect for a driven HR professional eager to make an impact. Assigned to a specific department, you will collaborate closely with operational leaders to provide tailored HR support and drive key initiatives across the business.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Timely and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring leaders to build a strong, values driven workplace culture
Supporting the resolution of workplace and disciplinary matters with professionalism and discretion
Assisting in the coordination of employee performance reviews and development plans
Supporting the development and delivery of Rolleston’s yearly Human Resources plan and initiatives, including talent acquisition and retention, succession planning and leadership development.
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees for the department in which you oversee.
Management of employee contracts and agreements, liaising with payroll.
Utilisation of HR systems and reporting
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field.
Strong communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
Workday experience (desirable)
SAP experience (desirable)
Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
