Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, career development, and succession planning for the APAC region.
Provide day-to-day HR support and strategic guidance to employees and leadership team.
Administer and advise on compensation packages, incentives, and social security schemes.
Manage employment contracts and all relevant documentation and HR compliance. Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Work closely and manage relationship with external payroll company to ensure payroll tasks are conducted timely and with accuracy.
Implement employee engagement programs, build a strong company culture that reflects the company's values and support a high-performance culture.
Coordinate with HQ HR to ensure that all HR initiatives are aligned accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Majored in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, or a related field.
5 years of experience in HR or leadership development with a proven track record.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Chinese proficiency an advantage.
Cultural competency.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Positive and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
Based in Sydney.
Full Australian work rights.
Willingness to travel as needed.
