What's the role?
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will join a passionate HR team that truly embraces best practice. Working with our Client Partnerships and Commercial Content teams you will:
Support and drive process improvements
Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design
Build effective working relationships with centres of excellence teams
Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development.
Who are you?
Have 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support.
You are a true “jack of all trades” when it comes to HR. You are incredibly customer focused, demonstrate high integrity and are not afraid to have difficult conversations.
You thrive and shine in a fast-paced environment. While you are highly organised, you understand that working in the media industry you are going to need to pivot and improvise with what the day brings.
You’re self-motivated and self-disciplined, you are positive, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines.
You’re a team player - you can work closely with the broader HR team to achieve great things!
