Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will be based out of Laverton and part of the State Lead Team in Victoria and South Australia. The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role that provides full employee life cycle Human Resources support to the Victorian and South Australian Operations of the InfraBuild Recycling business.
The role is focused on the provision of proactive HR generalist advice and guidance to managers, providing appropriate and timely ER / IR support and equipping leaders with the right skills, tools and information to effectively manage their workforce.
