As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our people operations infrastructure by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience from onboarding through every stage of the employee lifecycle.

You’ll serve as the go-to person for HR systems, payroll, and compliance while supporting the growth and engagement of Turion’s high-performing teams. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and shape the foundation of HR at a rapidly scaling aerospace company.

This position will be located on-site at our HQ in Irvine, CA

Human Resources Specialist: $120,000 - $150,000

ITAR Requirements:

This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
