Your new role
As part of a collaborative, high-performing and growing team, you will work closely with the P&C Partnerships Manager and leaders across the organisation to deliver a professional, solutions-focused Business Partnering service.
You will help drive key people initiatives and provide both strategic support and exceptional day-to-day experiences for our people, including workforce planning, ER/IR, organisational change, performance management, remuneration and benefits, and workplace health and safety.
This role meets you where you’re at. You may be a Business Partner ready for more complexity or a more experienced practitioner seeking to be part of a values-led team. What matters most is your curiosity and collaborative approach, and we’ll support you to learn and grow.

Your skills and experience
You’ll bring a blend of HR capability, judgement and stakeholder confidence, including:
Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner in a people focused capacity.
Strong understanding of NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work frameworks.
End-to-end case management experience, handling a range of matters including complex investigations, employee relations issues, and performance management cases.
Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, WHS, organisational change or development.
Proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments and Awards, including classifications and rates of pay.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted, collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
