Reporting to the Manager HR Business Partnering, the Human Resources Business Partner works closely with all leaders to coach, guide and support them through a complex HR landscape to support their workforce needs in a highly commercially competitive environment. The role acts as a trusted advisor to staff and stakeholders to ensure practises are applied consistently, fostering a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace
