About the Role
This is a hands-on and operational HR Business Partner position supporting leaders through the full employee lifecycle during a period of organisational scale-up. You will work closely with a People Lead and broader HR team to deliver practical, solutions-focused support across a wide range of activities. You will be responsible for:
Partnering with leaders to guide, coach, and support them across all core HR matters
Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance, ER, and general HR operations
Leading policy and procedure updates to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency
Coordinating recruitment activity alongside internal stakeholders, ensuring a streamlined candidate and hiring manager experience
Supporting workforce planning activities and contributing to capability uplift across your client groups
Leading key people projects such as systems implementation, process improvements, and training initiatives
Providing timely advice on award interpretation, policies, and people-related compliance
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable balancing hands-on operational work with project responsibilities.
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist or HR Business Partner with strong organisational awareness and a practical approach to partnering. You build trust quickly, maintain calm under pressure, and communicate with clarity. You will bring:
Experience across HR operations, employee relations, performance, and recruitment, as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
Confidence advising leaders at different levels with a balanced, pragmatic approach
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with pace and accuracy
Experience contributing to process improvements or HR systems implementation
A collaborative mindset and an interest in supporting organisational growth
The ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with broader team goals
A focus on delivering a consistent and positive employee experience
