People & Culture Manager - 12mth Contract - High Impact Role

About the Company

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our boutique, high-performing financial services organisation on a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leading people initiatives that make a real difference.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to deliver core HR functions while driving change initiatives focused on ways of working, leadership capability, and organisational culture.


About the Role
Lead and deliver the full range of HR generalist responsibilities - including employee relations, performance, development, and workforce planning.
Partner with leaders to strengthen capability, build engagement, and drive accountability.
Support change management activities, helping teams adopt new ways of working with confidence and clarity.
Provide strategic and practical HR advice to ensure a high-performance, values-driven culture.
Review and enhance HR processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and future-ready.
Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, shape workforce initiatives and inform decision-making

About You
Proven experience in an HR Manager or Business Partner role, ideally in professional services environment however it is your experience in supporting the staff and business through change that will really stand out.
Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment law, and change management principles.
Experience building leadership capability and driving engagement initiatives.
A proactive, adaptable approach - you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
