We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our senior leadership team, lead the full employee lifecycle, drive culture and performance, and help build the next chapter of growth and impact across both our operational and people facing facets. Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the people agenda at one of Western Sydney’s premier community and hospitality driven organisations?

In This Role You Will

Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that drive performance, team engagement, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Be willing to have a hands-on approach and be visible to the team.
Partner with senior management to (encourage) a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Oversee generalist HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, rostering and performance management and training.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, risk management and HR best practice.
Manage all aspects of WHS & Workers Compensation.
Provide coaching and trusted advice to leaders on employee relations, performance, and development matters.
Be flexible to accept and implement projects on a need’s basis.

You’ll Bring To The Role

5 years’ experience in a role as a Human Resources Manager.
Proven HR experience and leadership ideally in a hospitality / club service industry.
An understanding of club compliance an advantage but not necessary.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
A people champion who genuinely cares about culture and employee experience.
