<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Work Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home</span></p>
<p>We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources People Partner to support our organisation’s strategic and operational goals. As an Local People Partner, you will serve as a key advisor, working closely with leadership and line managers to drive people strategies that align with the business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and contributing to the overall success of our teams.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Partnership: </strong>Work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers to understand the organisation's goals and translate these into effective people strategies and initiatives.</li>
<li><strong>Employee Relations:</strong> Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies. Manage conflict resolution and lead investigations when necessary.</li>
<li><strong>Talent Management: </strong>Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent development and succession planning strategies. Oversee the performance management cycle, offering guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.</li>
<li><strong>Change Management</strong>: Act as a change agent, supporting business transformation initiatives. Design and deliver change management strategies to support the evolution of our workforce.</li>
<li><strong>Workforce Planning: </strong>Assist in forecasting future workforce needs and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with managers to assess and address skills gaps.</li>
<li><strong>Learning & Development:</strong> Promote a culture of continuous learning by working with the L&D team to identify and facilitate relevant training and development programmes.</li>
<li><strong>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):</strong> Champion DEI initiatives to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment. Support the implementation of strategies that promote belonging and respect for all employees.</li>
<li><strong>HR Analytics & Reporting:</strong> Utilise data to drive people decisions and provide regular reporting on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement. Offer insights to inform business strategy.</li>
<li><strong>Policy & Compliance:</strong> Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with employment law. Provide guidance on HR best practices and legislative compliance.</li>
<li><strong>Wellbeing & Engagement: </strong>Drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement, ensuring employees feel supported and valued.</li>
<li><strong>Payroll:</strong> Supporting local country leader and the payroll department in payroll delivery </li>
<li><strong>Coverage:</strong> Supporting 8 Offices in APAC including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Skills & Experience Required:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience in an HRBP or senior HR advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent. Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Employment Law:</strong> Strong knowledge of Local employment legislation and its practical application in a business environment.</li>
<li><strong>Business Acumen:</strong> Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.</li>
<li><strong>Communication: </strong>Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.</li>
<li><strong>Problem-Solving</strong>: A solutions-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering results and handling complex HR matters.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven: </strong>Experience with HR analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.</li>
<li><strong>Confidentiality: </strong>High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.</li>
<li>Business fluent in written and spoken English.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Desirable Attributes</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in an international or multi-site environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).</li>
<li>Background in employee wellbeing or engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is not essential but highly desired. </li>
