Mining owner/operator DIDO HR Business Partner opportunity on 4:3 roster
Are you seeking the opportunity to work with a mining owner/operator in an HR Business Partnering role where you will be instrumental in driving change and implementing best practice?
Our client is continuing to embrace their people journey and requires the expertise of a qualified and experienced HR Business Partner to join their site-based team.
You will offer a generalist service to support the leadership team, coach and develop to empower leadership capability, design, develop and implement HR strategies to remain contemporary related to legislation, compliance and governance, and further support the fostering of a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.
To be successful in your application, you must enjoy site-based operations and be willing to work on a DIDO roster or be willing to live residentially with short driving access to the site.
You will possess prior experience of working within mining or a related heavy industrial sector and have previous business partnering-based experience across a generalist remit, including engagement with senior leadership.
As you will lead ER investigations and be required to interpret industrial tools, it is essential that you have prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia.
